NITZCHI (“Company”) operates this e-commerce platform to facilitate commercial transactions and provide related services (the “Services”). This document establishes the legally binding framework governing all purchases, interactions, and utilization of the Services. Access to, browsing of, or completion of any transaction within the Services constitutes explicit and unconditional acceptance of these terms. The Company reserves the authoritative right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notification, and continued utilization of the platform following updates establishes binding consent to the revised framework.

All orders executed through the Services require a standard period of 5 to 7 business days for operational processing and subsequent delivery. Shipping durations remain subject to fluctuation based on order volume, logistical demands, geographical destination, and independent courier transit variables. The Company satisfies its primary delivery obligation by providing a verified tracking number to the user upon dispatch, shifting transit accountability to the carrier. All sales executed through the platform are strictly final, and requests for refunds or structural modifications are restricted to a mandatory 3-day window from the documented delivery date, applicable exclusively to verified instances of item damage, lost transits, or fulfillment errors.

Exchanges are strictly limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis under narrow parameters, specifically covering manufacturing defects or incorrect sizing allocations. To initiate a formal request for an exchange, users must engage the designated chat interface located on the primary landing page within 3 days of order receipt. Items submitted for exchange review must remain completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and retained in their original packaging structure. Final approval or denial of any exchange request remains under the absolute and sole discretion of the Company.

The Company enforces a strict data integrity standard and does not sell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit user data to third parties for external marketing, analytical profiling, or promotional utilization. All collected information is used strictly within the secure parameters required to execute financial transactions and fulfill logistics. Complete execution of a purchase through the platform serves as a formal, legally recognized acknowledgment and binding agreement to all stipulations, timelines, and liabilities detailed within this document.
